Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Freeflow (the "app") and this website. By using Freeflow, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using the app
Freeflow is provided to help you design, manage and send invoices and estimates. You may use it for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create and for complying with the tax, invoicing and legal requirements that apply to your business and jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain full ownership of everything you create — your clients, catalog, templates and documents. You are responsible for keeping backups by signing in to enable cloud sync. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync your content so the app can function for you.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Freeflow to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Availability
We work hard to keep Freeflow available and reliable, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, change or discontinue features over time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freeflow and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Your use is at your own risk.
Termination
You may stop using Freeflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
